سألت عن حكم البناء على القبور هل هو جائز كما جرى عليه عمل السلف والخلف شرقاً وغرباً أو هو ممنوع كما يذهب إليه القرنيون ومن يستصوب رأيهم ويستحسن مذهبهم من أهل هذه البلاد ممن خفى عليه أمرهم وراج عليه تمويههم فقام يدعو إلى هدم ما بني من القباب على قبور الأولياء والصالحين متمسكاً في ذلك بأحاديث أرسلها.
وقد أشكل أمر هذه الأحاديث ولم تدر وجه الجمع بينها وبين ما اتفقت عليه الأمة المعصومة في اتفاقها من الخطأ على بناء الأحواش والقباب والمساجد قديماً وحديثاً بمشارق الأرض ومغاربها على القبور ورجوت أن نبين وجه الجمع بين ذلك ونوضح الحق في المسألة، ونذكر من دلائل القول المختار ما يسفر عن وجه الصواب ويزيح عنه كل شك وارتياب، ويليه إعلام الراكع الساجد باتخاذ القبور مساجد.
