هذا هو الكتاب الثاني في سلسلة معجزة الترتيب القرءاني، أرجو أن يكون إضافةً نوعيَّة لما سبقه، وقد جعلتُ منه جزءاً كبيراً للإحكام في سورتي التوبة والنمل، ولمسألة "البسملة" وهي من المسائل التي ما زالت تراوح مكانها، ولم يصل أحدٌ فيها بعد إلى قرار حاسم.
ولعل في هذا الكتاب ما يخفّف من حدّة المعارضة للإعجاز العددي في القراءن - التي يتبناها البعض جهلاً، أو عناداً وإستكباراً - لما يقدّمه من أدلة جديدة ساطعة على أن ترتيب سور القراءن وآياته ما كان إلا بالوحي ومن عند الله تعالى (توفيقي)، وأنه وجه من وجوه إعجاز القرءان، وأن القرءان هو كتاب الله الكريم، المنزل على خاتم الأنبياء والمرسلين، قد وصلنا محفوظاً، محكم الترتيب، تصديقاً لقوله سبحانه: ﴿إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ (9)﴾... [سورة الحجر: آية 9].
وقوله سبحانه: ﴿إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا جَمْعَهُ وَقُرْآَنَهُ (17) فَإِذَا قَرَأْنَاهُ فَاتَّبِعْ قُرْآَنَهُ (18) ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا بَيَانَهُ(19)﴾... [سورة القيامة: آية 17- 19].
وإن من ثمار هذا الوجه هو إثبات صِدْقِ النبوة والرسالة التي جاء بها محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، بخاصة لدى من ليست العربية لغتهم الأم، كما أن في هذا الوجه ما يوفّر الردّ الشافي على المشككين والمفترين، ومنكري ألوهية القرءان؛ ذلك أن لغة الأدلة التي يقدمها هي الرياضيات والإحصاء والأرقام، وهي اللغة المشتركة بين الناس جميعاً على إختلاف لغاتهم ومذاهبهم، وهي مما لم يكن معلوماً زمن نزول القرءان؛ مما يجعل نسبة ترتيب القرءان، على النحو الذي هو عليه الآن - إلى أحد من البشر أمراً مستحيلاً، فكيف بتأليفه!...
