(قبسات) مجلة فصلية تعنى بالثقافة والفكر الإسلامي ترتكز على النقد العلمي للرؤى والمذاهب والنظريات العلمية الحديثة والمعاصرة، وتسعى إلى إيجاد مناخ مناسب مؤاتي للإبداع العلمي في العالم الإسلامي وتهيئة الأرضية لتلاقي الأفكار والاراء المختلفة وتفاعلها وتلاقحها. ومن ثم العمل على تشخيص الإمكانات الكامنة والفعلية في الفكر الديني، بغية الإفادة منها في بلورة النظم النظرية والإجتماعية المختلفة.
يكتب في المجلة نخبة من المفكرين العرب والإيرانيين الذين أعدوا للقارئ دراسات متنوعة في مجال المسائل الفقهية المستجدة والاحتياجات الجديدة في مجال النظم الإسلامية.إضافة إلى إقتراح حلول وبدائل مناسبة لمعالجة ما يعاني منه العالم الأسلامي اليوم من مشاكل وأزمات على الصعد الإقتصادية والحقوقية والسياسية.
وهذا هو العدد الأول من (قبسات) أراده (المجتمع العلمي العالي للثقافة والفكر الإسلامي) مساهمة للنهوض بالثقافة والفكر الإسلامي على الساحة الفكرية الإسلامية والعالمية.
