يكتسب موضوع التَّغَلْغُل "الإسرائيلي" في إيران أهمِّيَّته إنطلاقاً من كون إيران بلداً أجنبياً، يحدُّ الأُمَّة العربيَّة من جهة الشّرق، بأطول حُدُود دوليَّة، وبسبب تردِّي السِّياسات الإيرانيَّة وإتِّجاهها نحو التّوسُّع في الأرض العربيَّة، وسعيها لإضعاف الأُمَّة العربيَّة، وأطماعها في بعض المناطق العربيَّة، مثل: البحرين، والخليج العربي، وشطِّ العرب، ولكونها تُمثِّل - عبر مراحل التِّاريخ المُختلفة - إحدى التحدِّيات المُهدِّدة للأمن الوطني العراقي.
تأتي هذه الدّراسة لبحث موضوع التَّغلغُل "الإسرائيلي" في إيران، وأثره على الأمن الوطني العراقيق "1950- 1967" لتسليط الضّوء على العوامل الكامنة وراء إندفاع "إسرائيل"، وسعيها المحموم نحو إيجاد مرتكزات أساسيَّة للتحرُّك منها إلى ساحات أُخرى، وتطويق الأُمَّة العربيَّة من إحدى دول الجوار الأجنبيَّة المُحاددة لها.
تتكون الرّسالة من مُقدِّمة، وثلاثة فُصُول، وخاتمة، تناول الفصل الأوَّل دراسة الخلقيَّة التَّاريخيَّة لبدايات التَّغَلْغُل "الإسرائيلي" في إيران، وصدى إعتراف إيران "بإسرائيل" عام 1950م داخليَّاً؛ أما الفصل الثالث، فتناول الحقبة المُمتدَّة من عام 1963م، حتَّى قيام "إسرائيل" بعُدوانها العسكري الواسع على الأُمَّة العربيَّة في الخامس من حزيران عام 1967م، وهي حقبة مُهمَّة، إستطاع "الإسرائيليَّون" خلالها أن يُعزِّزوا من إمكاناتهم العسكريَّة، وأن يُوفَّروا لكيانهم إمكانات ماديَّة كبيرة، نجمت عن شبكة العلاقات الإقتصادية التي عقدوها مع إيران، ومع دول العالم الأُخرى.
كيف كانت العلاقات الإيرانيَّة الإسرائيليَّة بين 1967ـ 1971؟ بدايات التَّغلغل الصّهيوني في إيران، ما مراحل تطوُّر العلاقات بينهما من 1967ـ 1971؟ ما هي ادِّعاءات إيران لاحتلالها الجُزُر الإماراتيَّة العَرَبيَّة الثّلاث، وكيف احتلَّتها؟ ما هي الوقائع التّاريخيَّة والقانونيَّة لمُمارسة السّيادة الفعليَّة للعَرَب على الجُزُر الثّلاث؟ ما هُو الموقف العَرَبي والدّولي من احتلال الجُزُر؟ ما هي العلاقات الإسرائيليَّة الإيرانيَّة؟ وما دور إسرائيل الخفي وأهدافها في احتلال إيران للجُزُر؟ ما موقف إيران من حرب 73؟ ما موقف إسرائيل من سُقُوط مُحمَّد رضا بهلوي 1979؟
