يتحدث المؤلف في هذا الكتيب وعلى ضوء الكتاب والسنة عن الأخطاء التي يقع فيها المصلون أثناء الصلاة، فيذكر حكم الصلاة في الثياب الضيقة والبنطلون، وحكم المرور بين يدي المصلي، وحكم الالتفات في الصلاة وعدم النظر إلى مكان السجود، حكم رفع البصر إلى السماء أثناء الصلاة، حكم الصلاة على سجادة فيها صور ونقوش، الجهر بالنية وفيه: سبب انتشار هذه البدعة، حكم زيادة كلام في الصلاة، حكم ترك قنوت النازلة والخطأ فيه... كما وفي الكتاب ذكر لبعض الأخطاء التي تقع من المصلي أثناء السجود كعدم مس أنفه في الأرض وإهمال تحريك السبابة في التشهد وغيرها، كما وفيه ذكر لبعض الأخطاء التي تحدث في الآذان كالتلحين للآذان، والآذان المسجل، وانصراف المأموم قبل انتقال الإمام عن القبلة، والتسبيح والدعاء الجماعي وغير ذلك من الأمور المتعلقة بالصلاة داخل المسجد.
