The Author Book Islamic Views On Literature And Life and the author of 2 another books.
من مواليد عام 1949م في قرية صانور في قضاء جنين بفلسطين ، وفي جنين أتم دراسته الثانوية ثم درس اللغة العربية في الجامعة الأردنية وأتم فيها دراسة دبلوم في التربية ثم الماجستير في اللغة العربية .
وحصل على الدكتوراه من جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية في الرياض ، وعمل في التعليم في المدارس وفي عدد من الجامعات .
بدأ الكتابة وهو في الخامسة عشرة تقريباً حيث نشر مقالاً في جريدة المنار المقدسية بعنوان (الآداب وشرطتها) تعليقاً على تشكيل شرطة للآداب .
وبدأ بقول الشعر في مرحلة قبل ذلك مع نهاية المرحلة الابتدائية وعمره قريب من اثني عشر عاماً ولم يكن الوزن مستقيماً بعد ، ومع مرور الأيام استقام، ونشر أول قصيدة شعرية عام 1964 في جريدة المنار كذلك.
أول كتاب له كان : ( القدس تصرخ ) المجموعة الشعرية الأولى وهي مختارات من مجموعة شعرية لم تنشر وضاع أكثرها .
وآخر كتاب هو مجموعة كبيرة من المقالات والدراسات في الأدب الإسلامي.
