إنَّ القضاء الشرعي في فلسطين يعتبر آخر معقلٍ وآخر حصنٍ وآخر رمزٍ من رموز الخلافة الإسلامية التي هدمت منذ عام 1924م، وقامت على أنقاضها دولة يهود بدعم من دول الغرب الحاقدة، وعاثت في أرضنا ومقدساتنا فساداً وإفساداً ولا تزال حتى يومنا هذا.
علماً بأن القضاء الشرعي في بلادنا يقوم على تطبيق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية الغراء، منذ نشأته في عهد الصحابة رضوان الله تعالى عليهم حتى يومنا هذا، حيث كان عبادة بن الصامت أول قاضٍ في فلسطين، ولا يزال ضريحه بجوار الأقصى المبارك قرب باب الأسباط شاهداً على ذلك، وتبرز أهمية الموضوع في أن القضاء الشرعي يلامس حياة كل واحد منا قبل ولادته ويرافقه أثناء حياته إلى ما بعد وفاته، بداية باختيار الزوجة الصالحة، والاهتمام به وبأسرته وكل ما يلزمهم من حقوق وما عليهم من واجبات، لضمان سعادتهم في الدارين، ونهاية بتوزيع تركته على ورثته، وبعبارة أخرى فإننا نستطيع أن نعتبر القضاء الشرعي في بلادنا بمثابة الإطار الحافظ للأسرة، والجدار الواقي لها، والشراع الذي يوجهها إلى بر الأمان في غمرة هذه الأنواء التي تعصف بها وتتقاذفها التيارات العلمانية والإلحادية، ولا سيما أن أعدائنا يستهدفون هذه القلعة المنيعة، لأنها تعتبر القلب النابض للأمة والعمق الاستراتيجي لها، فيجب الاهتمام بها، وإعطاؤها كل الرعاية والاهتمام، لأنها هي التي تصنع المجد، وتبني قادة الغد الذين سيعيدون للأمة مجدها وعزها بإذن الله تعالى.
