يعتر كتاب "النظم المفيدة الأحمد في مفردات مذهب الإمام أحمد" للإمام "محمد بن علي العمري المقدسي الدمشقي كتاباً في الفقه الهدف منه رفع الإشكال والإلتباس عند الناس في مسائل فقهية أوردتها الشريعة الإسلامية. من هذه المؤلفات كتب المفردات، "وتعني ما انفرد به عالم من أقرانه وطبقته، أو أهل فنه، في الرأي والاختيار".
ومن هذه الكتب ما هو موضوع هذا الكتاب الذي ذكر ما انفرد به الإمام أحمد عن الأئمة الثلاثة يقول العلامة عز الدين محمد بن علي المقدسي: أذكر فيها ما به قد انفرد إمامنا في سلك أبيات تعد وهو الإمام أحمد الشيباني العالم التقي الرباني عن مذهب النعمان ثم ابن أنس والشافعي كلهم يحكي القبس.
وهذا النظم من الكتب المعتمدة في المذهب كما قرره المرداوي في مقدمة "الإنصاف" فقال "ناظم المفردات فإنه بناها على الصحيح الأشهر، وفيها مسائل ليست كذلك".
يعد هذا الكتاب "النظم المفيد الأحمد في مفردات الإمام أحمد" من المتون المعتمدة التي نقل منها، وقد تمت نسبته إلى مؤلفه العلامة محمد بن علي المقدسي" وقد اعتمد المحقق في دراسته هذه على ستة نسخ خطية أوردها بنماذج مصورة عن المخطوط الأصلي، لتبيان أحجية هذه المنظومة الشريفة للإمام محمد بن علي المقدسي الدمشقي الحنبلي.
يحتوي الكتاب على قسمين: القسم الأول: في العبادات ويتضمن "كتاب الطهارة" وما يستتبعه من أمور الوضوء والتيمم وغيرها، ثم كتاب الصلاة، وما يتضمنه من الإشارة إلى الأذان وكيفية الصلاة مثال: صلاة التطوع، صلاة الجماعة... الخ، ثم "كتاب الجنائز" و"كتاب الزكاة" و"كتاب الصوم والاعتكاف" و"كتاب الحج" و"كتاب الأضافي" و"كتاب الجهاد".
أما القسم الثاني من الكتاب فيبحث في العبادات: ويتضمن "كتاب البيوع" مثال: السلم والرهن الشركة والمضاربة... الخ، إضافة إلى "كتاب الفرائض والمواريث"، "كتاب الصداق"، "كتاب الطلاق"... الخ من أنواع المعاملات التي جاءت بها الشريعة الإسلامية.
كتاب هام يضيء على مسائل ينفرد بها المجتهد من العلماء ويتميز بها عن أفراده وطبقته في مسائل قد تمسك فيها بعموم، أو قياس أو حديث صحيح عنده وهذا ما انفرد به مذهب الإمام أحمد.
