غدت التنظيمات (الجهادية) اليوم جزءاً من الخطاب الإسلامي المعاصر، بصرف النظر عن جانب الإتفاق أو الإختلاف حول أيديولوجياتها وأطاريحها وأساليبها في عملية التغيير المجتمعي، وإذا استثنينا الجماعات المجاهدة حقاً الخارجي للعدو الغازي أو المهدّد لبعض ديار المسلمين ومجتمعاتهم من وصف العنف أو (الإرهاب)، ذاك الذيق يطلق من قبل قوى الإستعمار الحديث، ومن يدور في فلكهم من الأنظمة الرسمية، وبعض التيارات والأفراد وجماعات الغلو العلمانية،، وكذا تلك (الإسلامية) المتخمة بالفكر (الإرجائي)، وما توصف بأحزاب (الولاة)؛ فإن من المنطقي أن يُرفع تساؤل كبير عن التربية فلسفة لدى هذه الجماعات، ومستند الأيديولوجيا التي كل تُحدث هذه العواصف والبراكين فتقذف بحممها مثل هذه التنظيمات في غير ما قطر.
وبالأخص الجزيرة العربية، وقلبها اليمن، وإن كان الملاحظ أن النتيجة ترتدّ على الذات غالباً قبل الآخر، فتعمل فيها تقتيلاً وتمزيقاً وإنهاكاً، بل لا يكاد الآخر يصيب المحارب منها إلا اليسير؟ ثم ما المرتكزات التربوية الفكرية للقاعدة بصورة عامة، وفي اليمن على نحو أخص.
وتأتي هذه الدراسة وقد بلغت تعقيدات الوضع التربوي والفكري والسياسي والأمني والعسكري والإقتصادي والإجتماعي في المنطقة ذروته، لا سيما بعد الإعلان عن مقتل زعيم تنظيم القاعدة أسامة بن لادن، وعلاوة على ظاهرة الثورات الشعبية التي تغشى المنطقة اليوم وما تمثِّله من تحدٍّ مباشر لمشروع القاعدة ومنهجها.
