تخرّج من معهد العلوم السياسية ومن معهد الدراسات العليا في التجارة (HEC) في باريس.
وهو مقيم في فرنسا.
لكنه يتابع عن كثب التطورات اللبنانية، السياسية والدستورية.
لذا هذا الاهتمام الذي يشاركه فيه الجيل الشاب اللبناني، في الوطن كما في الاغتراب، بتطوير النظام السياسي اللبناني وإزالة مواقع الالتباس القانوني المختلفة التي تشوب الدستور اللبناني كما تمّ تعديله بعد اتفاق الطائف.

لا يجدر بأحد أن يغفل القانون». هذا القول المأثور، وإن أسيء استخدامه أحياناً أو خفّف القضاة من وقعه غالباً، فإنه لم يبرح حافلاً بالمعنى. فإنه يشير إلى كلّ واحدٍ منا بضرورة العيش في كنف المجتمع والاحتكام إلى القواعد التي تمّ سنّها جماعياً. وفي إطار الدولة الدستورية الحديثة، يعني ذلك، على وجه الخصوص، أن على كل مواطن أن يعرف المبادئ الأساسية التي تحكم الدولة وعلاقتها بالأفراد. بيد أننا في كثير من الأحيان، نتجاهل المعيار الأساسي الذي يحدد هذه القواعد. فغالباً، نكتفي، وفي أحسن الأحوال، بشذرات المعرفة أو نركن، في الحالات الأسوأ، إلى الصور النمطيّة (الكليشيهات). فـ«ميثاق العيش المشترك»، و«الوطن العربي»، و«رئيس الجمهورية الماروني ورئيس الوزراء السنّي»… جميعها شذرات تفتقر إلى الدقة وتعروها ذكريات غامضة من نصّ، بقدر ما هو بمنأى عن القراءة، بقدر ما هو بعيد عن احترام الحكام له وتطبيقهم إياه. ..
وفي حين تثور الشعوب العربية ضد إهمال الحكومات وفساد الأنظمة والتدهور الدائم للأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، يجب أن يلقى الاهتمام بموضوع الدستور الأذن الصاغية من قبل المواطن…
