كتاب يتناول مسألة مصافحة الأجنبية وحكمها في الاسلام، فوضح هذه المسألة ذكر الاحاديث الواردة فيها، ومذاهب أصول العلم، والترجيح بين هذه المذاهب. وقد ذكر الشبهات حول هذه المسألة والرد عليها وفي النهاية ذكر حكم التسليم على الأجنبية.
أبنا في هذا الكتاب عن مسألة مصافحة الأجنبية بما لا مزيد عليه، فن كان أهلاً للترجيح، ومتأهلاً للتسقيم والتصحيح، فهو سيعرف لهذا الكتاب قدره، وأما من لم يكن بهذا المكان، ولا بلغ مبالغ أهل هذا الشان، ولا جرى مع فرسان هذا الميدان، فهو حقيق بأن يقال له: "ماذا بعشك يا حمامة فادرجي".
"لا تعذر المشتاق في أشواقه، حتى تكون حشاك في أحشائه، لا يعرف الشوق إلا من يكابده، ولا الصبابة إلا من يعانيها، دع عنك تعنيفي وذق طعم الهوى، إذا هويت فعند ذلك عنف، فكن رجلاً رجله في الثرى، وهامة همته في الثريا".
