موسوعة رائعة تضم مختلف التفاسير لأعلام المعتزلة، فمن المعروف أن المعتزلة قدموا اسهاماً كبيراً في علوم تفسير القرآن الكريم وتأويله حيث استخدموا المنطق العقلي في تفسيرهم، لذا يظهر أن تفسيرهم مختلف عن غيرهم بعض الشيء ، ومع اختلافهم فقد حوت تفاسيرهم فوائد جليلة يلمسها من يقرأ هذه التفاسيرالتي جاءت في خمسة مجلدات، ضم الأول منها تفسيراً للقرآن الكريم للمؤلف ابي بكر عبد الرحمن بن كيسان الاصم ويمتاز هذا التفسير باختصاره وباعتماد الرأي وتفسير القران بالقران، وتفسير القران بالمأثور، والاهتمام بالابعاد اللغوية والسياقية للنص. ويليه تفسير لشيخ معتزلي آخر وهو تفسير .ابي مسلم محمد بن بحر الاصفهاني.
أما الثاني فضم كتاب في تفسير القران للمؤلف أ[ي علي الجبائي يتميز بالاختصار، والاعتماد على المأثور في تفسير القران، وتفسير القران بالقران، واعتماد الرأي، والاهتمام بالابعاد اللغوية والسياقية للنص القرآني.
,والثالث كتاب تفسير القرآن الكريم للمؤلف أبي القاسم الكعبي البلخي ضمن تفاسير المعتزلة يمتاز بالدقة و الشمول, و اعطاء المعاني المناسبة للايات القرانية و المفردات الواردة فيها, مما يجعله ضمن التفاسير الهامة للقران الكريم.
أما المجلد الرابع فضم كتاب تفسير للقرآن الكريم قام به أحد علماء المعتزلة وهو أبو الحسن الرماني ، ومعروف أن المعتزلة قدموا اسهاما كبيرا في علوم تفسير القرآن الكريم وتأويله حيث استخدموا المنطق العقلي في تفسيرهم وقد تميز تفسير الرماني بأنه استخدم أسلوب السؤال .والجواب ليكون تفسيره أسهل وأوضح.
والمجلد الخامس والأخيراحتوى على كتاب تفسير للقرآن الكريم قدمه القاضي عبد الجبار أحد علماء المعتزلة الذين كان لهم اهتمام بعلوم القرآن الكريم.
