لن نكون مغالين أبداً إذا قلنا أن الشعوبية لم تبلغ في عهد ما من عهودها القديمة أو الحديثة، من القوة والضخامة والإتساع، ومن الفعل والفاعلية والتأثير، ومن السيطرة والسطوة والتحكم، مثلما بلغته اليوم، بل لن نكون مغالين أبداً إذا قلنا أن الوضع المأساوي الراهن الذي تحياه أمتنا العربية، وضع التمزق والتجزئة والإنفصال من جهة، والتخلف والتأخر والإنحطاط من جهة ثانية، والسلب والعطالة والعدمية من جهة ثالثة، هو بكليته وتمامه من صنع هذه الشعوبية، مدعومة بالإستعمار العالمي واليهودية الدولية.
وليس كتابنا هذا في جوهره دراسة من الدراسات النظرية المجردة، أو مبحثاً من المباحث العلمية الصرفة، حول الشعوبية، وإنما هو رؤية عقائدية مذهبية هادفة، صغناها صياغة فكرية وجدانية خاصة، وتوخينا منها أن تكون بمثابة دعوة قومية شاملة إلى الشعب العربي برمته، نهيب به فيها أن يتيقظ تيقظاً كاملاً لهذه الشعوبية السوداء التي طال إبتلاء أمتنا العربية وبلاؤها بها كثيراً، حيث يستنفر لها كل ذاته العروبية الأصلية، وحيث يعد لها كل وجوده الحياتي الحق، وحيث يقف منها، بالتالي الموقف الثوري الحاسم الذي ينهي به أمرها بإطلاق.
