ومع ذلك، فإن هتلر ليس أول طاغية عرفه العالم، ولن يكون الأخير، فالطغيان موجود، ما دامت عناصر إنتاجه مستمرة، وقد تختفي هذه الظاهرة فى مكان، بعد القضاء على عناصر إنتاجه، أو البيئة الحاضنة له، وقد تظهر او تبقى فى مكان آخر، لتوافر هذه البيئة.
هذا الكتاب يرصد صناعة الطغاة عبر التاريخ ، وأبرز العناصر التى تدخل فى إنتاج الطغاة أو تساهم فى الترويج لهذا المنتج الأسوأ في حياة البشرية، فقد يكون فى ذلك جرس إنذار، أو صيحة تحذير للشعوب المنتجة للطغيان، أو الحاضنة له، او المرشحة لظهوره فيها.
هذا الكتاب ليس سوى محاولة لوضع الجرس فى رقبة القط، بتأصيل ظاهرة الطغيان ، ورد الشئ لأصوله، ومحاولة للوقوف على مقومات صناعته!!
