وفي هذا الإطار جاء هذا الكتاب حيث يبين فيه الكاتب المقصود بخدمة الناس وقضاء حوائجهم وأهمية قضاء حاجات الناس، ومن ثم بيّن الأشخاص الذين هم أوّلى بالخدمة، وأخلاقيات قضاء الحوائج، كما ويتحدث عن عقاب تارك قضاء الحوائج متطرقاً إلى الأسباب التي تدفع الشباب إلى الامتناع عن تقديم الخدمات لأسرتهم وسبل معالجتها. هذا على صعيد استعراض مواضيع الكتاب أما على صعيد منهجية البحث فقد جاءت بأسلوب السرد القصصي المميز المدعم بالعديد من الآيات القرآنية الكريمة والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة، وأقوال العلماء وأئمة آل البيت.
