هذا الكتاب يتضمن ما يأتي: شرح تشريعات الصحافة والنشر في مصر والدول العربية وذلك طبقًا للقانون المصري رقم 148 لسنة 1980 بشأن سلطة الصحافة والقانون رقم 96/ 1996 بشأن تنظيم الصحافة والقانون رقم 76 /1970 بشأن نقابة الصحفيين والقانون رقم 65/ 1975 بشأن إنشاء اتحاد الكُتاب وشرح الجرائم الصحفية والسب والقذف عن طريق الصحف والدفوع وأسباب الإباحة وموانع العقاب وحدود المسئولية والقيود والأوصاف الجنائية لجرائم الصحافة والنشر وتطبيقات محكمة النقض وأحكام المحكمة الدستورية والإدارية العليا بشأن الصحافة والسب والقذف وتشريعات الصحافة في الدول العربية وأهم الصيغ القانونية وذلك فيما يلي:
أولًا: الأصول التشريعية المتعلقة بالقانون رقم 148 لسنة 1980 بشأن سلطة الصحافة والقانون رقم 96/1996 بشأن تنظيم الصحافة والقانون رقم 76/1970 بشأن نقابة الصحفيين والقانون رقم 65/ 1975 بشأن إنشاء اتحاد الكُتاب وغيرها, ثانيًا: تطبيقات محكمة النقض المصرية والدستورية والإدارية العليا بشأن الصحافة, ثالثًا: أهم الدفوع القانونية المتعلقة بجرائم النشر والجرائم الصحفية المختلفة, رابعًا: القيود والأوصاف الجنائية للجنايات والجنح والمخالفات المتعلقة بقوانين الصحافة والمآخذ والملاحظات القضائية ومشكلاتها العملية وتطبيقات المحاكم, خامسًا: نصوص قوانين الصحافة في دولة الكويت والجمهورية العربية السورية والجمهورية اليمنية والمملكة العربية السعودية والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية وغيرها, سادسًا: أهم الصيغ القانونية للعقود والدعاوى والإنذارات المتعلقة بالصحافة.
