وإذا اقتنعنا بأنه كانت لنا في قديم الزمان قصة، وآمنا بأننا أثمنا حضارات وصنعنا أمجاد، هان علينا الحاضر بمرارته، واعتبرناه مجرد فترة نقاهة تأتي بعدها الصحو والعافية، على يد جيل يجب علينا من الآن أن نعده ونحسن نشأته ونزوده بكل الإمكانات الذاتية والموضوعية حتى يتسنى له بناء حضارة عرب الغد.
