من مواليد ( 28 أكتوبر 1959م ) بمدينة سلا من المملكة المغربية.
حاصل على شهادة الإجازة في الدراسات الإسلامية من جامعة محمد الخامس بالرباط سنة ( 1985م ).
- شهادة الدراسات الجامعية العليا من نفس الجامعة سنة ( 1987م ).
- دبلوم الدراسات العليا من نفس الجامعة سنة ( 1990م ).
- دكتوراه الدولة من جامعة محمد الأول بوجدة سنة ( 1997م ).
* عمل أستاذًا لمواد الفقه وتاريخ التشريع الإسلامي ومقاصد الشريعة بوجدة من سنة ( 1987م ) إلى سنة ( 1992م ).
ثم أستاذًا للفقه وأصول الفقه ومقاصد الشريعة بجامعة ابن طفيل بالقنيطرة منذ سنة ( 1992م ).
ورئيسًا لشعبة الدراسات الإسلامية بجامعة ابن طفيل بالقنيطرة من سنة ( 1998م ) إلى سنة ( 2000م ).
وعضوًا للمجلس العلمي لجهة الغرب الشراردة بني حسن من سنة ( 2000م ) إلى سنة ( 2004م ).
وخطيبًا للجمعة بمسجد بدر بالقنيطرة من سنة ( 2000م ) إلى سنة ( 2004م ).
ويعمل منذ سنة ( 2004م ) مندوبًا جهويًّا للشؤون الإسلامية لجهة الغرب الشراردة بني احسن.
* شارك بعدة مقالات وأبحاث في مجلات محلية ودولية.
وبعدة محاضرات في ندوات ودورات وملتقيات علمية.
وبعدة مشاركات إعلامية.
