لا شك أن الإعجاز القرآني حقيقة ثابتة منذ أن أعجز أهلَ البلاغة والفصاحة أن يأتوا بمثله أو بسورة منه أو آية، وقد تحدى اللَّـه الإنس والجن أن يأتوا بمثله ولو كان بعضهم لبعض ظهيرًا. وقد أراد اللَّـه لقرآنه الحفظ الإعجاز على طول الدهور والأعصار... ولا يكاد العلماء يكتشفون جانبًا إعجازيًّا في القرآن الكريم حتى تظهر لديهم جوانبُ إعجازية أخرى... ولم يقتصر استخراج كنوز إعجازه على علماء المسلمين، بل إن لغير المسلمين إسهامات كثيرة في هذا الشأن. ويتناول الكتاب جانبًا جديدًا من جوانب الإعجاز القرآني؛ وهي اشتمال الآيات القرآنية على معانٍ لا يمكن إلَّا أن تكون إلهية المصدر، نبوية التبليغ، كما أن هناك آيات تتعدى ذلك إلى شرط ثالث وهو أن تكون محمدية التبليغ، فهو القرآن الذي فتح بمقاليد هدايته مقفلات الفهوم لأفصح خطاب، أنزله اللَّـه بأبلغ معنًى وأحسن نظام وأوجز لفظ وأفصح كلام، فهو حلو على ممر التكرار، جديد على تقادم الأعصار، باسق في إعجازه، جامع لمصالح الدنيا والآخرة.
