الكاتب أحمد سريرات، من مواليد 1962 بعاصمة الجزائر، باحث جزائري يهتّم بالقضايا الحضارية والإستراتيجية، دراسته عصامية للفكر الإنساني والإسلامي والعلوم الإنسانية، له خبرة أثرتها تجربتان مهنيتان: تجربة أولى كخبير عسكري بصفته ضابط سامي متقاعد من الجيش الجزائري برتبة مقدم، وتجربة ثانية كخبير في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال بفضل تكوينه العلمي واختصاصه التقني، وعمله الطويل كمسؤول في تسيير وإنجاز مشاريع متعددة ومتطورة في مجال المعلوماتية وما يتعلق بها.
له كتاب بعنوان "سنن الله في الحضارة الإنسانية، مقاربة جديدة عن دور الأنبياء والأمم المختارة في الحضارات"، نُشر في مصر، في سنة 2013 م، عن دار السلام، وكتاب ثان، بعنوان "الجيو حضارة أو جغرافيا الأمم الحضارية"، نشر عن دار حبر في الجزائر، في 2014م.

Book Description
هذه الدراسة هي لبنة إضافية في المنظومة الفكرية الإنسانية , ونظرة إسلامية جديدة وجريئة حول سنن الله في تهيئة الأمم التي صنعت الحضارات في العهدين القديم والحديث , وحول دور أنبياء الله في هداية تلك الأمم التي إختارها الله تعالى لأسباب موضوعية , وفي تربية شعوبها على الفعل الحضاري المستقيم .
كما تتناول هذه الدراسه على ضوء تلك السنن الربانية , مسار الأمة الإسلامية وتطور نواتها الأساسية الممثلة في الأمة العربية وأسباب سقوطها , وتدرس عوامل نهوضها من جديد في المستقبل القريب من خلال إرهاصات الثورات العربية الأخيرة .
وفي المقابل يعالج الكتاب أيضا مسار الأمة الغربية ذات الخلفية المسيحية واليهودية وتطور أمتها المحورية التي تمثلها الأمة الأوروبية , وتحاول إسقاط تلك السنن على مسارها لإستشراف مصيرها المحتمل .
