يصدر هذا الكتاب في وقت تشهد فيه البلاد العربية ثورات شعبيّة متنامية، أزالت دكتاتوريات عاتية كانت تبدو كما لو أنّها قدر أبديّ، ويبدو مضمون الكتاب كما لو أنّه مأخوذٌ من وحي هذه الثورات غير أنّه، وفوق إنسجامه مع الظروف المذكورة، يشكّل إسهاماً مفيداً في النقاش حول دور الإسلام السياسي وعلاقة الدين بالدولة وخصوصاً وأنه يبدو أنّ جزءاً هاماً ورئيساً من الإرباك الحاصل في الفقه السياسي الإسلامي الحديث مرجعه الإفتقار إلى معالجات جديدة لنصوص التشريع حيث أُهملت الدراسات القرآنية المتعلّقة بالجانب السياسي، في ظِلّ إعتقاد سائد بأنّ القرآن لا يتضمن تصوّرات سياسيّة إلا في حدود ضيّقة جداً.
وإنطلاقاً من ذلك، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إستكشاف إمكانات منهجيّة جديدة في دراسة القرآن في مستوى تحليل الخطاب، وإمتحان كفاءتها، وإستكشاف مدى إمكانيّة توظيف المفردة القرآنيّة في عمليّة التحليل هذه مطبّقة في الخطاب القرآني السياسي على وجه الخصوص والبنية المفاهيمية التي يستند إليها.
كما أنّ التدقيق في فصول الكتاب يبيِّن بأنّه لا يعتمد على تحليل نصوص القرآن، بل إنّه يعتمد في فصول كاملة على الإجتهادات الفقهيّة، وأحياناً على السنّة النبويّة وحسب...
