إنّ دراسة الترث النظريّ لتقارير المنّظمات الدوليّة والعربيّة ومواثيقها يمكن أن يمدّنا بتصوّر جليّ وواضح عن المساعي الّتي تبذل في إطار محاولة توحيد الجهود من أجل جعل الصراع حول الحرّيّات يتّخذ طابعاً أكثر شموليّة وتداخلاً، ممّا يسمح للمدافعين المحليّين ببناء تصوّرات وأفكار عن الطريقة الّتي يمكن بموجبها أن ينطلقوا إلى عوالم وآفاق جديدة في نضالهم من أجل صحافة حرّة.
