وفي هذا الكتاب جمع المؤلف ما وقف عليه من المسائل الفقهية ما يقع على طريق اللغز والتعمية ولأحجية قصداً إلى تشحيذ الأذهان، وتحلية للتنويع معتمداً في ذلك على كتاب "التهذيب لذهن اللبيب" لابن العز لطيف، الذي ذكر فيه مسائل فقهية غالبها من الشكل عند الكثيرين مضيفاً إليها مسائل دوّنها بكثير من الشرح على مذهب الإمام أبو حنيفة مضيفاً من ثم إلى هذه المسائل ما أقلته جمعه من كتب الشافعية، وزاد على ذلك الكثير من المسائل الفقهية التي وردت عند الكثيرين ولم يكن عليها إجابات ليعطيها إجابات من عنده، سالفاً في ذلك كله طريق الإيجاز والاختصار. وجاءت المسائل مرتبة ضمن الأبواب الفقهية.
