كاتب وشاعر وإعلامي مغربي مقيم في باريس، من مواليد 1973 بمدينة ميدلت.
درس في المعهد العالي للمسرح بالرباط قبل أن يتابع دراسات عليا في المسرح وفي السياسات الثقافية الدولية بجامعة السوربون الجديدة .
يشتغل في حقل الصحافة والترجمة وينشر قصائده منذ بداية التسعينات في مختلف الصحف والمجلات العربية.
رفقة شعراء وفنانين مغاربة، أسس سنة 1998 "جماعة الأكروبول الشعرية" وأخرج للمسرح عروضا مستوحاة من نصوص شعرية بالعربية والفرنسية، من بينها "انبعاث: ذكرى سفر" (مسرح محمد الخامس، الرباط 1999).
أصدر ديوانه الأول سنة 2001 تحت عنوان "الديناصورات تشتم ستيفن سبيلبيرغ" (منشورات وزارة الشؤون الثقافية، الرباط 2001).
والثاني صدر سنة 2006 اختار له عنوان "نظارات بكيت".
له أيضا يوميات باريسية ساخرة تحت عنوان "كيف تصبح فرنسيا، في خمسة أيام ومن دون معلم" صدرت سنة 2011.
وقد صدر له أخيرا كتاب "باسم جيل ضائع".
