لم أكتب "ثورة السلاحف" كي أخبركم عن السلاحف ولا كي أكتب لكم عن الثورة، أردت أن أكتب لكم من مجتمع أحلم بأن يتغير للأفضل، أن يثور ثورة على الذات حتى ولو كانت ثورة بطيئة في حركتها مثل حركة السلاحف، أخشى أن تحزن بعض السلاحف أنني استعرت اسمها كي أصف بها مجتمع من البشر ولم أخشى أبدًا من حزن بعض البشر أنني لم أجد لهم وصفًا لحالتهم سوى وصف "السلاحف"، ربما وصفته متوجعًا متألمًا.. آملًا في انتفاضة خلاقة.
حفظنا التاريخ دون أن نعي ما بين سطوره، فحفظناه ولم نحفظه، تاه التاريخ بين معالم الحاضر، فأعتقد طفل في المرحلة الإبتدائية بأن خامس الخلفاء الراشدين هو نور الشريف، وأن أحمد مظهر هو من حرر القدس من الصليبيين!! أترككم الآن مع السلاحف وأحذركم من ثورتها، لأنني مؤمن بمقولة "إتق شر الحليم إذا غضب" وانصحكم قبل قراءة السطور القادمة في الكتاب تناول "لتر قهوة" فلسلاحف قد تصيبك بلعنة "البطء" والكتاب قد يصيبك بلعنة "التغيير" وأنا أعلم أنك تحاول الفرار من كليهما، فاحذرهما.. واحذروني!.
اللهم بلغت.. اللهم فاشهد..
