كتاب يهدف إلى نشر الثقافة الجنسية الإسلامية، بالشروط والضوابط التي نص عليهما ديننا الحنيف، بأسلوب يجمع بين البساطة واليسر.
وكان الحياء الذين يمنه بعض الأناس من أن يسألوا في هذا الموضوع سبباً في كتابته وتسهيلاً لهم وعدم إغفال جانب من جوانب الحياة المهمة والتي تمس الفرد في جميع اتجاهات حياته.
