2 رئيسًا لموسوعة الفقه الإسلامي بالمجلس الأعلى للشؤون الإسلامية بالقاهرة .
3 عميدًا لكلية الشريعة والدراسات الإسلامية باليمن .
4 وكيلًا لكلية الإمام مالك للشريعة والقانون بدبي .
5 رئيسًا لقسم الفقه المقارن بكلية الشريعة والقانون بالقاهرة ، وهو لا زال رئيسًا لموسوعة الفقه الإسلامي حتى الآن .
