يسارع أبناؤنا في تقليد الكثير من الموضات الوافدة إلينا من غيرنا، وخاصة تلك المتمثلة في إجراء تعديلات على بعض المناطق من الجسم، أو في وضع أدوات عليها، أو إلصاقها بها.
وفي بعض الأحيان فإن شكل البدن أو الرغبة في تعديله أو الضرورة الطبية هي التي تستدعي تلك التغيرات، وفي جميع هذه الحالات نجد أنفسنا أمام مسألة "تغيير خلق الله".
ومما لا شك فيه أن تغيير خلق الله محرم باتفاق العلماء، لقوله تعالى: "ولأضلنهم ولأنينهم ولأمرنهم فليبتكن أذان الأنعم ولأمرنهم فليغيرن خلق الله، ومن يتخذ الشيطن ولياً من دون الله فقد خسر خسراناً مبينا". إذ تدل الآية على أن تغيير خلق الله محرم لأنه مما يأمر به الشيطان، وهو لا يأمر إلا بالفحشاء والمنكر.
وللأحاديث الكثيرة التي نهت عن ذلك.
فما المقصود من تغيير خلق الله، وهل كل تعديل يدخله الإنسان على جسمه يعتبر تغييراً لخلق الله، ومن ثم فهو آثم، أم أن هناك تعديلات تعتبر من تغيير خلق الله وأخرى ليست كذلك؟
لمعرفة ذلك وتمييز التعديلات المنهي عنها من غيرها، تم وضع هذه الدراسة التي تناول هذا الموضوع من خلال المباحث الآتية: المبحث الأول: معنى خلق الله وتغييره (مفهوم تغيير خلق الله). المبحث الثاني: النصوص من الكتاب والسنة الواردة في موضوع (تغيير الخلق).المبحث الثالث: حدود تغيير الخلق (مجالاته). المبحث الرابع: التطبيقات الفقهية للأفعال التي تعتبر من تغيير خلق الله والتي لا تعتبر منه.
