جرائم الأحداث: كتاب نال به مؤلفه درجة الدكتوراه في الفقه الإسلامي وأصوله من كلية الشريعة في جامعة دمشق برتبة امتياز، ويأتي ضمن مشروع ((مئة رسالة جامعية سورية)) التي تعنى دار النوادر بنشرها. هذ الكتاب دراسة فقهية تربوية مهتمة بالحدث؛ وهو الصغير الذي لم يتوجه إليه الخطاب التكليفي ـ سواء الشرعي منه، أو الوضعي ـ. بدأ ببيان مفهوم الأحداث وأهليتهم في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الوضعي، ثم تكلم عن العوامل التي تؤثر في الجرائم عند الأحداث، فذكر منها العامل الديني والأخلاقي، وأتبعها بالعامل الاقتصادي، والعامل الاجتماعي. ثم عقد باباً يتحدث فيه عن ما يترتب على جرائم الأحداث من أحكام؛ كامتناع القصاص، ووجوب الدية في ماله أو في مال عائلته، ووجوب الكفارة عليه أو امتناعها، والحرمان من الوصية، وسقوط الحد عنه، وغيرها. ثم تحدث عن أساليب الوقاية من جرائم الأحداث في الفقه الإسلامي، والقانون الوضعي، والدور الكبير الذي يلعبه الدين، والتربية، والتعليم في ذلك، ثم ذكر الأساليب الشرعية في التأديب التي هي مستمدة من القرآن الكريم، والسنة النبوية المطهرة. وختم بحثه بسرد التدابير الإصلاحية المقررة في القانون الوضعي لمعالجة جرائم الأحداث مقارنةً مع ما هو مقرر في الفقه الإسلامي. يُنصح به: الآباء، والمربون، والدعاة، والمصلحون لما فيه من فوائد غزيرة تحدُّ من جنوح هذا الجيل الصاعد، وتعيده إلى بوتقة التربية القويمة والصلاح الاجتماعي.
