إنَّ الشريعة الإسلامية هي خاتمة الشرائع، وهي هداية اللَّه ـ تعالى ـ لبني البشر حتى يحظوا بسعادة الدارين،والشريعة الإسلامية في مصادرها وأدلتها وقواعدها ذاخرة بالكثير مما يوضِّح لنا هذه المَزالق ويحددها ويضع لها العلاج الناجع، فما وُجِدَت الشريعة إلا لتحقيق مصالح العباد ودَرْء المخـاطر عنهم،وهنا تبرز أهمية إسلامنا، وقواعـده، وضوابطه التي وضعها لنا. وتبرز كذلك أهمية ضوابط وقواعد البيوع، والمعاملات المالية الرائعـة التي ما عرفَت البشرية قـطُّ نظاماً، ولا دقـةً ولا إحكاماً مثيلاً ولا شبيهاً لمَا جمعته الشريعة الإسلامية من تنظيم للبيوع والعقود المالية، مما يجعل الاهتمام بهذه القواعد والضوابط والبحث عن دُررها ومعرفـة جزئياتها أمراً لا بد منـه، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالأموال والعقود المالية، فالمال هو إحدى الضروريات الخمس المتفَق عليها التي جاء الإسلام لرعايتها. وهنا تبرز أهمية إسلامنا، وقواعـده، وضوابطه التي وضعها لنا، وتبرز كذلك أهمية ضوابط وقواعد البيوع، والمعاملات المالية الرائعـة التي ما عرفَت البشرية قـطُّ نظاماً، ولا دقـةً ولا إحكاماً مثيلاً ولا شبيهاً لمَا جمعته الشريعة الإسلامية من تنظيم للبيوع والعقود المالية، مما يجعل الاهتمام بهذه القواعد والضوابط والبحث عن دُررها ومعرفـة جزئياتها أمراً لا بد منـه، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالأموال والعقود المالية، فالمال هو إحدى الضروريات الخمس المتفَق عليها التي جاء الإسلام لرعايتها.
لذلك كان من واجب المؤلف جمع شتات ذلك الموضوع ثم إعادة صياغة هذه الأفكار صياغة تناسب عصرنا، ليسخر ذلك لخدمة البشرية جميعاً لا للإسلام والمسلمين فحسب.
