Book Description
من المقرر في الشريعة الإسلامية، أنّ الإختلاف بين الناس في العقيدة والدين واقع بمشيئة الله، وأن الله سبحانه وتعالى خيّر الإنسان بين الإيمان والكفر، وأنه لا يجبر الناس على الإيمان رغم أنّ مصيره متوقف عليه في الدنيا والآخرة، وأنّ الإسلام لا يكره الناس حتى يكونوا مؤمنين، لأن الإيمان تصديق وقناعة ومن قول وعمل، فلا جدوى من إيمان قائم على الرياء والنفاق، وليس من لوازم العقيدة والإيمان في الإسلام القطيعة والإنعزال عن غير المسلمين ورفض العيش المشترك معهم.
بل إنّ الأصل العام الذي ينبغي أن تكون عليه علاقة المسلمين مع غير المسلمين قائم على التعارف والتواصل والبر والقسط والدعوة بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة، والقول اللين والكلمة الطيبة والدفع بالتي هي أحسن، والمعاملة الكريمة، والتعاون على ما فيه خير للإنسانية، والتلاقي على ما يحقق المصالح المشتركة، نحو: منع الظلم والإضطهاد والإعتداء.
لهذا قام الكاتب بتقديم هذه الرسالة في التعايش المسلمين مع غير المسلمين حيث قسمها على مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، ففي المقدمة أشار إلى أهمية الموضوع وسبب إختياره له، وبين المنهج الذي سلكه في كتابة الرسالة وتعرض لبعض العقبات التي واجهته خلال الكتابة.
أما الفصول الثلاثة: فقد قسمها كالآتي: الفصل الأول: مفهوم ومنطلقات التعايش السلمي في الإسلام، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: مفهوم التعايش السلمي وفيه ثلاثة مطالب، المبحث الثاني: مبادئ ومنطلقات التعايش السلمي مع غير المسلمين، وفيه خمسة مطالب: المبحث الثالث: أهداف التعايش السلمي مع غير المسلمين، وفيه ثلاثة مطالب: الفصل الثاني: المنهج الإسلامي في التعايش مع غير المسلني (توجيهاً وتطبيقاً) وفيه أربعة مباحث؛ الفصل الثالث: مثارات الخلاف وضوابط التعايش السلمي بين المسلمين وغير المسلمين، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث.
أما الخاتمة: فقد تعرض فيها لأهم وأبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها أثناء كتابته للرسالة، أما ترجمة الأعلام: فقد ترجم للأعلام الضرورية الذين ورد ذكرهم في الرسالة واستثنى المعاصرين منهم وكذلك ترجم للقبائل والبلدان وذلك بالرجوع إلى المصادر القديمة التي ذكرتها.
