جاء هذا الكتاب في ثمانية فصول لإلقاء الضوء على كثير من الموضوعات المعاصرة التي تساعد المهتمين في كيفية الإبداع في التدريب من خلال الطرق والوسائل المساعدة على ذلك، فقد تناول: الفصل الأول: موضوع مفهوم وأهمية التدريب ودوافع ومزايا وفوائد ومبادئ التدريب وعلاقة التدريب والتنمية والتعليم وعناصر ومرتكزات العملية التدريبية.
أما الفصل الثاني: فتناول موضوع فلسفة العملية التدريبية من حيث من حيث العناصر والمراحل والمكونات للعملية التدريبية وإستراتيجيات التدريب الناجحة للمنظمات، وفشل ونجاح العملية التدريبية، أما الفصل الثالث: فقد تناول موضوع كيف تكون مدرباً ناجحاً والخصائص والمهارات المطلوبة في المدرب والمحاذير على المدرب وكيفية تقديم حلقة تدريبية ومهارات إستخدام أجهزة العرض.
أما الفصل الرابع: فقد تناول موضوع مهارات العرض والتقديم ومراحل التقديم الشفوي والعرض وآلية التعامل مع المستمعين وكيف تجذب إنتباه المستمعين ولغة الجسد وأهميتها في العرض والتقديم، أما الفصل الخامس: فتناول موضوع المهارات التطويرية للمدرب وآداب المدرب وآلية صياغة الأهداف والمشاكل والحلول التي تواجه العملية التدريبية وطرق شد الإنتباه.
أما الفصل السادس، فقد تناول موضوع الأساليب التدريبية والعوامل التي تؤثر في إختيار أساليب التدريب ومعاييرها وأنواع أساليب التدريب المختلفة، والفصل السابع: فقد تناول موضوع الوسائل والمساعدات التدريبية وأنواع التقنيات الحديثة في التدريب وأنواع الوسائل والمساعدات التدريبية، كذلك الفصل الثامن: فتناول موضوع إستخدام الأنشطة لجعل التدريب مرحاً، والتعلم من الأخطاء العظيمة والكبيرة والتعامل مع المشاركين المعارضين وإستخدام المرح بالتدريب.
