إن كل فصل من فصول هذا الكتاب يستحق أن يكون كتاباً، والواقع أن هناك كتاباً أو رسالة، أو أطروحة تتناول كل قضية من القضايا المعاصرة التي عرض لها الكتاب ولكن ليس هناك كتاب واحد بكل هذه القضايا بحيث يشرحها، ويبين سبل التعامل معها في الميدان التربوي، والواقع أن المؤلف لم يقصد إلى أن يؤلف في كل قضية بقدر ما قصد إلي أن يقدم "نبذة" واضحة يقيد منها المختص، والتلميذ، والممارس في مواقعه الإدارية المختلفة.
