وإنك لواجد الكثير من هذا في غضون بحوث هذا الكتاب وهو بدوره يكشف لنا عن عظيم اهتمام الدين الإسلامي وكبير عنايته الفائقة الإنسان جسداً وروحاً. والغاية المتوخاة من هذا أن يحقق الإنسان لجسده ولروحه الاعتدال في قواهما، ومن ثم التوازن في أداء تلك القوى لوظائفها، فلا إفراط ولا تفريط، ولكن أمر وسط بين الأمرين.
