ألقى مئات المحاضرات عن التدخين، والخمور، والمخدرات والأمراض الجنسية والإيدز والإعجاز الطبي في القرآن .. إلخ في العديد من الجامعات والأندية والمدارس كماشارك في أبحاث هيئة الإعجاز العلمي ومؤتمراتها

يعتمد التاريخ القديم لأي منطقة، فيما يعتمد، على النقوش والآثار، وعلى ما ورد في كتابات المؤرخين القدامى، وما ورد في الكتب الدينية المقدسة، وفي كتب المؤرخين والأخباريين المسلمين.
بالنسبة لليمن، فقد تمّ العثور على آلاف النقوش والمخربشات، وقام المستشرقون منذ القرن الثامن عشر بإكتشاف العديد من النقوش والآثار اليمنية، وفي القرن العشرين أسهم بعض العرب في هذه الإكتشافات.
لا يطمئن المؤلف لما ورد في كتب العهد القديم عن اليمن، لأن كتب العهد القديم قد تعرّضت للتحريف من قبل المؤلفين العديدين مما يجعلها غير مأمونة، وبالتالي فهي حق وباطل، لكن ما ورد في القرآن الكريم، وفي صحيح السُّنَّة المطهّرة، لا يداخله أي ريب وشكّ، فهو في أعلى درجات اليقين... ولو أنّ التفاسير وما أضيف إليها تحتاج إلى تدقيق، كذلك يحتاج إلى تدقيق، ما ورد في كتب المؤرخين والأخباريين المسلمين إذا اكتنفها الكثير من الأقاصيص والإضافات والأساطير.
في "إضاءات قرآنية ونبويّة في تاريخ اليمن" اختار المؤلف أوثق المصادر: القرآن الكريم، وصحيح السنّة المطهّرة، وما سطّره العلماء المدققون من السيرة العطرة للرسول الكريم محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، كما استعان المتوافرة، والآثار والنقوش.
