عز الدين المناصرة (11أبريل- 1946م) ..
شاعر وناقد ومفكر فلسطيني من مواليد محافظة الخليل، وهو حاصل على شهادة (الليسانس) في (اللغة العربية، والعلوم الإسلامية) في جامعة القاهرة 1968- ثم أكمل دراساته العليا لاحقاً، وحصل على (شهادة التخصص) في الأدب البلغاري الحديث و(درجة الدكتوراه) في النقد الحديث والأدب المقارن في جامعة صوفيا، عام 1981.
كما حصل على رتبة الأستاذية (بروفيسور) في جامعة فيلادلفيا عام 2005.

تحت عنوان "لغات الفنون التشكيلية" يقدم الكاتب والناقد عن الدين المناصرة قراءات نظرية تمهيدية في فنون مختلفة في محاولة لردم الهوة بين القارىء ومختلف أنواع الإبداع في فن العمارة، وفن النحت، والفنون الغرافيكية، وفنون الزخرفة والخط والتصوير الشعبي، وفن الكاريكاتير، وفن الرسم والتصوير، وفن الملصق، والفنون الرقمية، ويختتم بـ "معجم مصطلحات الفن التشكيلي".
جميع الفنون الآنفة الذكر يستعرضها المؤلف منذ النشأة ويسير فيها على مراحل مختلفة، يتحدث عن تطورها وعن أبرز أعلامها والكتب التي صدرت في هذا الباب، هذا بالإضافة إلى الحديث عن فلسفة كل فن وتاريخه ومدى الإستفادة منه، ثم أبرز نقاده ، ونماذج لأهم الأعمال الفنية مع العرض والتحليل والمناقشة والشرح، حيث يستعرض لاالمؤلف حركة الفنانين وطريقتهم في التصميم والحفر والرسم، وغيرها من طرق يمكن الإستفادة والتعلم منها،ـ وبخاصة فنون ما بعد الحداثة وهو الجديد الذي يقدمه الكتاب.
