ويناقش الفصل الثالث ضرورة الاهتمام بالعاملين فى أجهزة الشرطة العامة والتركيز على متلقى الخدمات، أما الفصول الرابع والخامس والسادس فتتناول الشرطة المجتمعية وكذلك استراتيجيات إدارة الجودة.
اما الفصل السابع فيتناول عملية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة من حيث المراحل ومقاييس الأدارة والتحسين المستمر أما فى الفصل الثامن فقد تمت مناقشة أنظمة الجودة، وذلك فيما يتعلق بنظام إدارة الجودة 9000:20000 ISO ونظام الإدارة البيئية 14000: ISO ويتضمن هذا الكتاب العديد من الجداول والرسومات التوضيحية بهدف مساعدة القارئ على فهم الأفكار واستيعاب المرتكزات الأساسية بشكل أعمق وأكثر شمولاً.
