تمثل القضية الفلسطينية محور العلاقات العربية الغربية وليس الصراع الدائر هناك صراعا عربيا اسرائيليا فقط كما يدعى قطيع التطبيع والاستسلام والمارينز العرب بل هو صراع بين قوى الاسلام وقوى الكفر مجتمعه وبمناسبة صدور فتوى الجدار العازل من محكمه العدل الدولية فقد قرر المؤلف نشر هذا الكتاب وخصص جزء منه بمراحل الصراع فى فلسطين على مر الدهور وتتبع مسيرة الحياة فى فلسطين من قبل التاريخ حتى الان وخصص جزءا اخر تعرض فيه للفتوى ويشمل دراسة قانونية سياسية وانتهى بجزء يذكر فيه الوثائق التى ضمت قرار التقسيم وخريطة الطريق وفتوى الجدار العازل.
القضية الفلسطينية تمثل محور العلاقات العربية الغربية أو بالأصح العلاقات بين قوى الإسلام وقوى الكفر مجتمعة (فالكفر كله ملة واحدة). وهذا هو التكييف القانوني لطبيعة الصراع الدائر في فلسطين. فهو ليس صراعًا عربيًا إسرائيليًا، كما يدعي قطيع التطبيع والاستسلام والمارينز العرب. وبمناسبة صدور فتوى الجدار العازل من محكمة العدل الدولية. فقد رأينا أن نسير على نهج محكمة العدل الدولية التي طافت بنا وبالقضية الفلسطينية من بداية المأساة حتى الآن مرورًا بها على كافة قواعد وفروع القانون الدولي وقانون المنظمات الدولية. لذلك تم تخصيص أبواب الكتاب لتتبع مراحل الصراع في فلسطين على مر الدهور وكر العصور. وتتبع لمسيرة الحياة في فلسطين من قبل التاريخ حتى الآن تمهيدًا لمعرفة الحقيقة من الصراع الدائر الآن في فلسطين.
ثم كان الباب الثاني الذي تعرض له الكتاب للفتوى عبر دراسة قانونية سياسية ولم يشأ أن يجعل مؤلف الكتاب قانونية فقط لأن السياسة لعبت بالقانون لعب الأطفال بالعصفور الصغير (في هذه القضية بالذات) لذلك رأى المؤلف أن يعرج على السياسة لكي يفسر من خلالها الواقع الحالي، ثم جاء الباب الثالث للوثائق التي ضمت قرار التقسيم وخريطة الطريق وفتوى الجدار العازل.
