ويتناول الفصل الثالث الإمكانات في السباحة من مقدمة في الإمكانات، حمامات السباحة، الأدوات المساعدة في تعليم السباحة، ماهية الأدوات، المساعدة في تعليم السباحة، معايير تحديد الأدوات التي تستخدم في حمامات السباحة، بعض نماذج الأدوات المساعدة والمستخدمة.
أما الفصل الرابع فيتناول الوسائط التعليمية في التدريس للسباحة.
أما الفصل الخامس فيتناول قانون السباحة من 2005 /2009.
أما الفصل السادس والأخير فيتناول قانون الاتحاد الدولي لسياحة الزعانف.
