روايته "وقوف متكرر" طبعت 4 مرات لدى دار الشروق، ورواية "سرير الرجل الايطالي" 4 طبعات عند دار ميريت.
حصل على جوائز أدبية عدة منها، جائزة سعاد الصباح في الرواية – الكويت 2002.، جائزة الصدى للمبدعين في المجموعة القصصية – الإمارات – 2004، جائزة المجلس الأعلى للثقافة – مصر- في القصة, مرتين: 1999 – 2004، جائزة المجلس الأعلى للثقافة للعام 2004 للرواية
Book Description
تسحب كرسياً من الداخل، وتجلس عليه خارج السرداق تماماً كأنك لا شان لك بما يحدث ، تريح رأسك إلى الوراء، فتلمح فى نافذة الدور الخامس المواجه طفلاً صغيراً يرتدى بلوفر أحمر، يربط لعبته المكسورة بخيط طويل ويدليها من النافذة محاولاً أن يجد فى هذا لعبة جديدة ، يظل يرفع يده إلى آخرها وينزلها ، ويؤرجحها يميناً ويساراً، واللعبة باسفل لا تتجاوب إلا بحركة طفيفة ، وفجاة يفلت الخيط من يده ، وتستقط اللعبة على الأرض بصوت مكتوم ، يدلى نفسه كاملاً حتى يراها ، ثم يدخل الولد بسرعة . تظل تنظر إلى مدخل البيت منتظراً أن ينزل الولد لياتى باللعبة، وتنظر إلى الشباك ، فلا تراه خرج من النافذة، ولا نزل.
