كما يعرض المؤلف لأهمية دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية لإنشاء المشروعات ومدى تأثيرها في اتخاذ القرارات الخاصة بها أو الموافقة عليها، ويعرض المؤلف لجميع المهارات التي يتطلبها عمل السكرتير أو السكرتيرة، كاستخدام الكمبيوتر والإنترنت وسوى ذلك.
