من زاوية أخرى فإن تطبيق التحليل النفسي وحده في دراسة الشعر قد يساعد من زاوية خاصة، فيلقي عليه أضواء كاشفة. ولكنه في غوصه على أعماق النفس البشرية قد يعطل ما في الشعر من شاعرية، ولكن تبقى لكل طريقة حسناتها وعيوبها، وهي في الوقت ذاته تطلع القارئ على ما لدى مؤلف الدراسة نفسه من عطاء، وهذا ما عكسته هذه الدراسة التي كانت في الواقع، صورة طبق الأصل لثقافة واتساع آفاق الباحث من خلال ما جاء في هذا الكتاب.
