يقترب ديوان (كل النوافذ لا تطل) للشاعرة "بدور عامر" من فلسفة كاملة تأملية في شكل نظم شعري، فهو تأمل في الرغبات الإنسانية وتناقضاتها، في الحياة والموت، في القمر والنجوم، في الظلمة والنور، وحتى في المتشردون العابثون.
تحت عنوان (متشردون عابثون) تقول الشاعرة:
"أرى بكائي أطفالا يتساقطون، يلتقون فوق الأرض/ كمتشردين/ يعبثون بكرات الدمع/ ككرات صوف/ والخيبة تربت على كتفي ساخرة/ أصل إلى ما قبل الإنكسار/ أتناثر/ أتبعثر/ ألملم بعض سريعا/ أترتب على مهل/ وأنكسر". وهكذا في بقية قصائد الديوان تدخل الشاعرة في عمق العلاقة مع الأشياء التي تلون حياة الإنسان، ودائما من منظور إنساني شفاف يتجاوز هموم الذات إلى آفاق أسمى وأرحب ...
هذا، وقد توزعت قصائد الديوان إلى أربعة عناوين هي 1- كل النوافذ لا تطل كل الذاكرة أنت، 2- صدفة هاربة من غبن المواعيد!، 3- على لوحة من ماء سأرسمك قمراً يبكي وأطفئ العالم!، 4- لم تعد الأبواب مقفلة .. كل المفاتيح تمردت.
