ولأهمية هذا الموضوع، قام المؤلف بجمع ودراسة كل ما يقع تحت يده من الكتب والوثائق والبحوث والإجتهادات المتعلقة به سواءً على الصعيد العربي أم الأوروبي وضمنه متن هذا الكتاب ليكون عوناً ومرشداً لطلاب القانون الدولي الخاص والقارئ؛ وحرص المؤلف في هذا الكتاب على أن يقدم مادة واضحة بأسلوب بسيط مدعم بالأمثلة العملية، ومصحوب بأحدث الإجتهادات القضائية والآراء الفقهية العربية والأجنبية مبتعداً عن التعقيد أو الإطالة في تفاصيل عديمة الجدوى، لكنه حرص في الوقت نفسه على أن يقدم للمتخصص أيضاً مادة غنية قدر الإمكان بالمعلومات والمراجع الحديثة في القانون المدني والمقارن.
وقد اعتمد الكاتب في هذا الكتاب أسلوب المنهج التحليلي، وعمل جاهداً لأن يقدم للمكتبة العربية بهذا العمل المتواضع دراسة واضحة ومباشرة لنظريتي تنازع القوانين وتنازع الإختصاص القضائي الدولي وتنفيذ الأحكام الأجنبية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، كما حرص على توضيح بعض النقاط في القانون الدولي الخاص الأردني بشكل خاص والعربي بشكل عام محاولاً إعطاء ملامح حلول لبعض المسائل التي أغفلها هذا القانون أو التي لم تأخذ نصيبها من التعديل على الرغم من التطور الذي لحق بهذا الفرع من القانون في السنوات الأخيرة.
