تعد عقود التحويل المصرفي الالكتروني من أهم العمليات المصرفية وأسعها انتشاراً ورغم هذه الهمية إلا أن قانون التجارة في الأردن لم يتضمن نصوصاً خاصة تنظم أحكام هذا العقد وقد جهد هذا الكتاب ان يسد النقص وذلك بمحاولة إيجاد نظام قانون شامل لعقد التحويل المصرفي الالكتروني مستنداً في هذه الدراسة إلى نصوص القانون المدني الأردني والأعراف المصرفية واجتهادات القضاء وفقهاء القانون ونظراً لخلو قانون التجارة الأردني من تنظيم أحكام العقد فقد أدرج ضمن العقود غير المسماة وهذا أدى الى نشوب خلاف بين فقهاء القانون حول الطبيعة القانونية للعقد والأحكام الواجبة التطبيق عليه بداية، يعرف هذا الكتاب عقد التحول المصرفي الإلكتروني ويبين صوره كما يبين الاتجاهات الفقهية المختلفة في تكييف طبيعة العقد وصولا الى تحديد التكييف القانوني النسب لطبيعة العقد ويبدأ متسلسلاً بالحديث عن مرحلة الانعقاد وفي تلك المرحلة يتم تحديد أركان قيام العقد شروط صحته استناداً الى القواعد العامة لانعقاد العقود المنصوص عليها في القانون المدني الأردني كما يبحث في كيفية إثبات عقد التحويل المصرفي الالكتروني وأحكام هذا العقد وآثاره في العلاقة مابين الامر والبنك كما يشير الى مسؤولية أطراف عقد التحويل كمسؤولية الامر ومسؤولية البنك.
