قدراتنا مثل المجوهرات التي تحتاج لثقل وذلك يتم بالتدريب المستمر لثقل قدراتنا وعند ما نمتلك مجوهرات ثمينة دائمًا تكون لدينا الرغبة أن نتزين بهذه المجوهرات وزينة الشخص فيما يملك من قدرات وإمكانيات عقلية وفكرية وعلم لا بد أن نستخدم هذه القدرات حتى تكون ذو قيمة، فالقدرات التي لا تستخدم تكون كالمجوهرات الثمينة التي توجد في صندوق مغلق الفائدة منها ولابد أن نعلم جيدًا أنه بحصولنا على صندوق الكنز ليس ذلك كافيًا بل لابد أن نرى وندرس الكنز الذي يملكه الآخرون حيث أنهم يتعاملون معنا لذلك لابد أن نكتشف قدرات الآخرين ونستوعبها جيدًا حتى نحدد مكانتنا بينهم ونستعين بعلم الفراسة في فهم الآخرين، فالفراسة علم قديم والغرض منه قراءة خفايا النفوس والوصول لما يريد أن يخفيه الآخرون ولقد تطور هذا العلم على مر العصور والأزمنة والآن نظرًا لتشعب وتعقد المعاملات، كان لابد من ضرورة الإلمام بأسس وقواعد هذا العلم وذلك حتى يمكن إحراز النجاح والتفوق في المعاملات مع الآخرين خاصة أثناء التفاوض مع الآخرين وفي محاولة جادة أردت بعون الله وتوفيقه تقديم أسس وقواعد الملاحظة الشخصية وعملية الاتصال.
