إن البرامج التدريبية المخططة لفترة الإعداد تختلف في مضمونها عن تلك التمرينات غير المترابطة معاً وتشكل وحدات تدريب لا يربطها أساس أو مبدأ وتكون ردودها بلا شك أقل تأثيراً وفاعلية على اللاعبين وبالتالي الفريق.
