كاتبة، باحثة فى العلافات الانسانية، محاضرة لها العديد من المقالات سواء باللغة العربية او باللغة الانجليزية كما ان لها العديد من اللقاءات التلفزيونية والاذاعية والفقرات الثابتة فى العديد من القنوات الأرضية والفضائية بصفتها كاتبة وباحثة فى العلاقات الانسانية.
شاعرة لها عدة دوارين تحت النشر فنانة تشكيلية أقامت العديد من معارض الفن التشكيلي في أتيلييه القاهرة وبعض القاعات الخاصة مهندسة ديكور بكالوريوس فنون جميلة قسم ديكور شعبة عمارة داخلية بترتيب الثانى على الدفعة وحاصلة على دبلومة العمارة الداخلية من كلية الفنون الجميلة بترتيب الأول على الدفعة.
قامت بالعمل فى هذا المجال بشتى فروعه وأخيرا تخصصت فى تصميم وتنفيذ الأثاث المنزلى مؤلفاتها: - كتاب "علشان السنارة تغمز" كلام لازم كل البنات تعرفه.
وقد صدر فى فبراير 2009 والذى بلغ عدد طبعاته إلى الآن 16 طبعة - كتاب "علشان الصنارة تغمز" كلام لازم كل الولاد تعرفه.
صدر في أغسطس 2010 - كتاب "زوجة مخنوقة من نفسها" أحدث كتبها.
وقد صدر في يناير 2011
