رأت ليبيا في العهد القره مانلي نوعا من الإستقلال والسيادة دام لأمد من الزمن وغطى فترة من فترات تاريخها, وها أنا اعرض جزءا من تاريخ تلك الفترة حتى أعرّف القارئ الليبي عليه لأنه جزء من شخصيته وكيانه بغض النظر عن سيئات ذلك العهد وحسناته. ويمكن ان نرى عبرة تاريخية بينة للعيان بهذا العرض وهي تغير المراحل التاريخية . كانت الولايات المتحدة دولة حديثة العهد, زراعية لا قدرة لها على رأت ليبيا في العهد القره مانلي نوعا من الإستقلال والسيادة دام لأمد من الزمن وغطى فترة من فترات تاريخها, وها أنا اعرض جزءا من تاريخ تلك الفترة حتى أعرّف القارئ الليبي عليه لأنه جزء من شخصيته وكيانه بغض النظر عن سيئات ذلك العهد وحسناته. ويمكن ان نرى عبرة تاريخية بينة للعيان بهذا العرض وهي تغير المراحل التاريخية . كانت الولايات المتحدة دولة حديثة العهد, زراعية لا قدرة لها على الصناعة, تدفع الجزية وتخشى الحرب وأهوالها في آيامها الأولى, وكانت عدوة لكل العالم ودوله لا لأنها قامت تزاحم أممه وإنما لأنها جاءت ثائرة على النظم القديمة ضاربة بكل التقاليد ورافضة الإذعان للسيطرة الإستعمارية. وما هي اليوم؟ دولة تختلف معالمها عن معالم أمسها, وفي هذا التغيير عبرة لنا وأي عبرة
