رواندرمانی چیست و چگونه میباشد؟ آنچه از بودنمان تجربه میکنیم نتیجه «برداشت» ما است. این جمله درخشان که میگوید: «واقعیت حاصل برداشت تو است»، بیانگر این امر مهم است که ما دنیایمان را میسازیم و آن را میپذیریم و بر اساس آن فکر، رفتار، احساس و تعامل میکنیم. آیا هرگونه «برداشتی» با حقیقت رایج نزدیک و سازگار است؟ ناخوشی روانی هنگامی پیش میآید که «برداشت» ما از حقیقت فاص رواندرمانی چیست و چگونه میباشد؟ آنچه از بودنمان تجربه میکنیم نتیجه «برداشت» ما است. این جمله درخشان که میگوید: «واقعیت حاصل برداشت تو است»، بیانگر این امر مهم است که ما دنیایمان را میسازیم و آن را میپذیریم و بر اساس آن فکر، رفتار، احساس و تعامل میکنیم. آیا هرگونه «برداشتی» با حقیقت رایج نزدیک و سازگار است؟ ناخوشی روانی هنگامی پیش میآید که «برداشت» ما از حقیقت فاصله گرفته است و یا توان درک، هضم و مدیریت آن را نداشتهایم. البته خود این «برداشت» تحت تاثیر عوامل زیستی، روانی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی قرار دارد و تمرکز بر این عوامل چهارگانه رشد و بهبود آن را حاصل میکنند. راههای درمانی متفاوتی در روانشناسی وجود دارد و بهتر آن است که هر فرد راه مناسبتر را جهت رشد، ارتقا و درمان خود انتخاب نماید. همچنین باید دانست که هر روش درمانیای برای همگان مناسب نیست و لازم است تا با شخصیت درمانگر و مراجع جفت و جور شود تا ضمن کاربرد لذتمندانه آن، بهبود و خودشکوفایی رخ دهد.
